To keep everyone updated on how the PACT/Owls Alive Season Ticket is going we received this letter Gary Smith who took his young 4year old son Billy to a couple of matches at Hillsborough.

Billy Smith and the mighty Owls!

Thanks to the kind generosity of a group of Owls fans Billy has now been to see two matches – both of which he thoroughly enjoyed.

We were first able to go and see the game against Scunthorpe and we had a great time and the result made it even better. Following the game Billy was hooked and insisted that he have ‘one of those tops with Theo Bear on’ and now wears his Wednesday shirt with pride.

Unfortunately on our last visit to Hillsborough the result was not so positive (versus WBA) but Billy did not mind. He met the mascots thanks to Hollie, said ‘Hello’ to the band and chanted ‘Barmy Army’ – live the dream!

As Billy is registered blind he does struggle to see the game, but the way Billy has responded to the atmosphere at the ground has amazed us and this has been as a result of the PACT season tickets.

Many thanks, Gary and Billy Smith

If that isn't enough to make you realise that what you've been part of is so very worthwhile then nothing ever will.

Cheers
